Brian and Adra Foster’s son, Jackson has been working on and off with Triple R Construction for the past three years. He’s become a valuable part of the team, known for his strong work ethic and versatility on the job. His skills include demolition, painting, pressure washing, and framing, along with being a dependable clean-up man who helps keep every project running smoothly. Lately, he’s also been honing his skills on the Blackstone—making sure the crew stays fed while learning a few tricks of the trade along the way. While he enjoys working in construction, his true passion lies in barbering, where he continues to grow his craft.

Chad

Chad Cross joined Triple R Construction in 2024, bringing a lifetime of plumbing experience to the team. Having learned the trade from his father as a child, plumbing isn’t just his profession—it’s second nature. As a Master Plumber and certified septic tank installer, he takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality work for every customer. While plumbing is his primary expertise, he also plays a key role in all phases of construction, contributing his skills across a wide range of remodeling projects.
